    Norbert E. Fernandez

    Dr. Fernandez was born and raised in Michigan. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2001. Dr. Fernandez also spent one year in St. Louis, Missouri, completing a General Practice Residency at St. John's Hospital. He then returned to Detroit, Michigan, to complete a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in 2006.

    Dr. Fernandez is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Michigan Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Chalmers J. Lyons Academy of Oral Surgeons and the Washtenaw District Dental Society.

    Dr. Fernandez has a lovely wife, Laurie, and three active children. He has been practicing with OMSAA since 2006.
